CEO and founder Matt Arnold grew up on a family farm at our current location, learning about agronomic decision making and the challenges facing modern agriculture. After graduating high school, Matt went to college at SDSU where he received a bachelor's in agriculture business and his Private Pilot's license. During his college summers, Matt worked at the local airport loading spray planes, gaining an understanding of the expectations and time sensitivity involved with aerial application. In 2018 after graduating at SDSU, Matt returned to the family farm. In 2025 Matt and his wife Amy founded Advanced Air Ag with the drive to share their knowledge of modern-day agriculture technology with farmers and those interested in becoming applicators themselves. Amy has 6 years of experience working at local Ag Retailers. Matt's good friend Jase has also joined the team full time after helping with farm operations as well as drone spraying for us when needed.
